Stencil Cutter

A great tool for removing the tulle from the edges of the completed thread appliqué on the tulle sandwich. The heat from the point also fuses the thread on the edges of the completed design to insure a stable thread appliqué.

What a tool for removing the tulle! It was slick and removed the tulle from even the smallest area.

Review:
A must to remove the tulle around the design. Plus the heat from the stencil cutter fuses the edge of the polyester thread. I no longer have to worry about the outside edges of either my thread painting or embroidery deisgns being fragile.
