Returns
Nancyprince.com provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order, clearance and sale items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from Nancyprince.com are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.
  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • You MUST email [email protected] for RMA Number.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • Carefully repackage and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package. Packages with no RMA number clearly displayed on exterior of box will be returned to shipper.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.
  • Any product containing a CD is not returnable.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number.
 

 

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped the next day. However, please allow 2-7 business days for any items that might be temporarily out of stock. In addition to ground shipping we also offer low rate express shipping. FedEx Express Saver is defined as 3 business days for shipments if you order before 1pm EST.  FedEx 2 Day is defined as 2 business days for shipments if you order before 1pm EST. FedEx Standard Overnight is defined as 1 business day for shipments if you order before 1pm EST. You will receive your products before 3 pm the next business day. FedEx Priority Overnight is defined as 1 business day for shipments if you order before 1pm EST. You will receive your products before 10:30 am the next business day. Please contact us for Saturday delivery. No orders placed on a weekend or a US Holiday will ship until the next available business day. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.  We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the order form. The shipping tracking number will be sent to the e-mail account provided at the time of checkout after shipping. Please contact us for shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and International.
